CAA is currently seeking a dedicated Fire Inspector/Plans Examiner to help protect communities and ensure fire code compliance in the Inland Empire.
What You’ll Do
-Review commercial and residential plans for compliance with the California Fire Code, NFPA Standards, and local regulations
- Inspect sprinkler systems, fire alarms, hydrants, fire extinguishers, and water supplies to uphold fire safety
-Issue notices of violation and maintain records of inspections
-Conduct annual fire safety inspections for businesses.
-Provide expert guidance on fire safety compliance
What You Bring
-Expertise in fire plans review and inspections for commercial and residential buildings
- Strong knowledge of California Fire Code, NFPA Standards, and state/local laws
- Background in building construction and fire safety equipment installation
- A commitment to exceptional customer service and collaboration with teams and clients

Range: $31.00-$39.00
